I have narrowed down vibration coming from shifter and/or shifter box when excellarating. Only way to stop it is hold shifter. I do believe it is good ideat to keep two hands on the whell of this monster. Other Z06 owners are telling me they have same situation with the 06' model. Why isn;t GM doing something about this or if so, what?

GM has issued Bulletin #1879075 acknowledging the "rattle noise" from the shifter on 2005 - 2007 Corvette's equiped with the MM6 manual transmissions. Unfortunately, GM has not found a resolution but indicates it is working on a resolve. Otherwords, those of us with Z06's will need to live with this for a while.
