GMHTP,

With the new release of the Edelbrock intake designed for the LT1, many LT1 owners like myself are curious about the gains it will produce. Since this new part is now on the market, we all would like to see some results. Ideally, I'm sure everyone would like to see some basic instalation comments, pictures, a before and after dyno, and maybe even some track runs.

Let us know what you think! I would even be willing to use my car as a donor.

Rest assure, we've been chomping at the bit to test this product. Last I heard there has been no word on when it will be ready.

Is this intake available at autopartswarehouse.com? They've got a 10% promo on all Edelbrock stuff (coupon code REVVEDUP08), courtesy of revvedup4kidz.com

Look for a series of dyno tests using this intake in the upcoming issues of GMHTP.

FYI: The first in a series of dyno tests with this intake is in our current November '08 issue. I invite you to check it out as well as the articles that follow as we test a number of products on a stock rebuild 355 LT1.

I am a little dissapointed that the intake lost plenum volume as per the article.
