antifreeze in motor oil?

I took off my intake manifold to bore it out and didn't drain radiator first, so some antifreeze/water spilled into the distributor hole. How bad is this? I drained the oil. The antifreeze started dripping out of drain plug while the plug was partially out but oil wouldn't come out, so I let it drip like that until it stopped.

At a minimum changing oil would have been a good idea.
