MAP help needed

I have an 06 HHR with 2.4 Ecotech. I installed CGS intake with K & N style Outlaw filter (open on inside), turbo muffler, and Weston computer tune. Lately, the T/C light comes on and car goes into a 'rough shift' mode whenever the car breaks traction, or sometimes just when idling or driving normal.
The code is PO106 (MAP sensor). Is it possible that mine is bad (only 14,000 miles on it) or do I need one with different variances from my mods?
