How about some Fiero's with the 3800 SC or Northstar conversions. Maybe some new Malibu's or Aura's with some power adders. I just bought an '09 Malibu LTZ with a 4cyl and can't find any performance parts. Help.

Maybe why you cant find any mods for your Malibu is because the demand is not that great.

2200 cavalier performance. The engine long forgotten by GM but still alive and kicking in the tuner world.

With everyone scambling into 4cyl daily drivers these days (like me), there will be a demand for these types of cars and aftermarket support. I ordered mine and was delayed over a month because of high demand. One of the few GM cars that's still selling strong. I can't even find a cold air intake or cat-back exhaust.

I have a 93 Z28 and would really enjoy more LT 1 and LT 4 articles. I thought the 94 Formula resto article and the 396 LT 1 Teal Terror were some of your best articles in a long time. Please keep us informed about the new GM stuff. During these hard economic times I, like alot of your readers, will probably be sticking with my old LT 1 car. There are alot of us that have been laid off and had to take lesser paying jobs and just can't afford to step up to the new Camaro, but I still like to day dream.
Thanks, Stuart Minot, ND

What does GM High-Tech look for in a car? My daily drivable C6Z is heading back out to the track soon to coquer the 8's. Setup with the N2O now as well for that added power in 3rd.

atomic fusion,
We look for a variety of things as each car is different. If you have an 8/9 second daily driver Z, please shoot me an email with some info and pictures and I will see what we can do. My email is justin.cesler@sorc.com
I would like to see a MONSTER ecotec build...see if we can't try to make LSx type power on a single power adder...maybe even have a shootout for the 4 cylinder class.
Thoughts?

How about some more G-body swap articles. Especially LSX engines and T56 trans. Even LT1/LT4 swaps. Nice seeing older rides with new life breathed into them with late model powertrains. How about converting VERY late model vvt LSX engines for swaps and what is involved on the vvt side of things concerning the swap. BTW, Keep up the good work

Scott's secret passion - LSx GBody
We are thinking about doing that very swap....we have been checking ebay/craigslist for the last couple of days to find the perfect G-Body.

Why just a MONSTER ecotec build? I have a built LN2 that is in the process of running north of 20psi of boost on a huge T3/T4e turbo looking towards the 400-500whp range. It drives me nuts that i faithfully read every sport compact magizine and you never hear anything about OHV cavaliers. Import tuner goes nuts over a fast SOHC civic and I dust turbo civics with DOHC/SOHC motors all the time.
I just want some love to finally come our way. I know that a good example is probably hard to find but hey thats what makes something like this so great is because there isn't a huge over barring market like Honda has.

I look forward to receiving each issue of GM High Tech Performance magazine. However, as of recent I haven't seen any articles on turbo Buicks. Although I currently own a 99 Pontiac Firehawk and an 86 Buick Grand National(both purchased new), my primary interest is with turbo Buicks. The Buick started out in the 13's, quickly improved to the 12's and to the 11's without removing a valve cover. With head work/turbo upgrade it ran in the 10's and with additional modification into the 9's. This is a street driven car, not a race car! Incredible performance for any car let alone a six. I Don't expect to see turbo Buick coverage in each issue (although I would love to) but do expect to see occasional coverage. I've been with GM High Tech Performance since its inception and would like to continue but will only do so if you provide turbo Buick coverage.
Thanks, Gary Caramanis

Gary, you should be happy with the next couple of issues!
Scott is working on some tech and he also just returned from the GS Nationals and got a ton of good turbo Buick coverage.
Thanks for reading and please keep the comments coming.
