EZ Lube - What a Hprrable Time

Has anyone had any bad experiences at EZ Lube? I got my oil changed 2 weeks ago and they stripped the threads to my Toyota Mini Van, and when I told them the messed up they gave me the BS run around. I had talk to the corporate office to get my oil plug fixed. Has anyone else had bad times at EZ Lube?

i had a bad experience with jiffy lube once but thats about it... never EZ lube
