GTOs love boost! They are such heavy cars that they really need torque to help get them off the line. A good driver can make a lot of difference, too (especially with a 6-speed manual). We had our '05 GTO project car running a 13.20 with a 2.07 short time, granted it was at Englishtown with only about 2k DA. I'd recommend GTO-lovers pick up our August issue when it comes out, we've got an exciting series of tech articles kicking off with a new GTO project car.
