Fastest Stock LS1

I was wondering what the fastest stock ls1 you know stock heads stock crank, oh and if anybody knows what the fastest stock ls1 carbed is because i am looking to get my ls1 into the mid 9s on drag radials and its my everyday driver even took pizza deliverys  

the 350 hp ls1 in the goat is the highest in hp.... and im sorry but you will never ever...get 9s with a stock ls1...you will need a *** load of bolt ons...  

If you are looking for mid 9s, I'd plan on building the motor. The limits of the stock crank are quite high, however, the pistons, rods and rod bolts will give out most likely before you reach your goal. A forged 347cid LS1 with ported heads and a streetable cam can reliably run mid 9s with a power adder all day long. I've seen F-bodies (race cars) run high 9s before with a stock bottom end LS1 and a conservative tune, however it was just a matter of time until it went kaboom...to say nothing of all the head gaskets they went through beforehand.  

VONCURRY is correct..NEVER..on a stock LS1--even with every bolton available.

VonCurry, ALL ls1s came with 350hp.  The corvettes from like 97-00 I believe had 345hp and 01-04 they had 350(what's 5hp?)  Also the F-bodies were rated lower, but dynoed higher than the corvettes.  The gtos were rated at 350hp too.  Line a 350hp ls1 gto up against an 305hp f-body with equal drivers, guess what happens.  The f-body will pull it.  Here's a lil proof that the F-bodies actually made more power than the Corvette that was rated higher.

Here's one of the fastest LS6s with a stock bottom end.He still needed a cam ,heads and intake plus a dedicated crew of some of the top LS builders anywhere.
