hey guys have a few questions,im hoping some gm junky like me can help me out.I have been out of the performance scene for a long time since my opti spark failed on me 2 years ago and i bought my silverado.anyways let me tell you a little about my car.its a 1995 impala ss the real deal not a clonned wanna be.the mods i have had done to my car pre opti spark failure is as follows.slp headers, slp cat back exhaust,3.37 gears, trans go shift kit, arizona speed and marine cold air intake, march alternator and crank pullies, msd coil and 6AL ignition box, hypertech power programmer,160 thermostat, rebuilt factory tranny but beefed up,vigilante 2800 stall converter w/lock up.About 7 months ago I decided to reawaken the monster that was chained up under  the hood and started doing bigger better stronger mods to the car. These are the mods i have done to it in the past 5-8 months.LT-4 hot cam, crane 1.6 roller rockers, trick flow genx ported and polished heads, edelbrock lt1 intake manifold, bbk 58mm throtle body, excel opti spark, cloyes timming chain kit,and a high flow fuel pump. After finishing these mods the beasst woke up with a roar i had longed to hear being that it sat for just about 1 year.I must say i havnt been this happy since i bought it new in 95.here is my problem though yes there is a problem one is a technical question and one is a general question, the general question is has the mid 90's icon fallen off the face of the earth?and the technical question is why is it so hard for me to find a tunner in south florida for my new pride and joy.i am installing a nitrous works wet system on the car and and i need advice on injector size.i bought 42 pounders because alot of my mustang friends said i would need the fuel for the nitrous,ed wright at fast chip said he THINK"S the stock injectors should be enough.never did get a yes or no answer.so my question is with all these mods done to the car do i need 42 pound injectors or stick with the stock injectors?i also bought a grenatelli MAF sensor.Ed wright said put it on ebay where it belongs and get a 94-97 f-body MAF sensor.what do you guys think?I remeber reading about the chip shoot out in the late 90's in gm high tech mag and ed wright seems to be the man to talk to.but before i send out my pcm,i just wanted to get more opinions from my fellow gm friends.thanks for your time Gabe!!!
