I made the mistake of adjusting my rockers after instauling my new procharger. I followed guidelines from HPBooks LT1-LT4 rebuild book. They say to tighten 360 deg. past zero lash. Now my car idles low then staulls.  Any info will help. Thanks

BTW my engine is a 97' LT1, stock heads, stock block. There is nothing worse then finally finishing a major mod like this one then running into a problem thats not related to it.

The lifters may not have been on the base circle of the cam when you adjusted them....just a thought.  I do it by EOIC, that is "exhaust opens intake closes".  If you remember that, you will always be on track.  You adjust the intake valve lash when the exhaust valve just starts to open.  And you adjust the exhaust valve lash when the intake just closes.  One turn past zero is normal for a stock LT1, half to one will be OK.

Good luck with her,
