I PURCHASED IT AND PROGRAMMED MY TRUCK BUT SOME REASON I THINK I CAN GET MORE OUT OF IT. AS FAR AS THE GEAR RATIO GOES AND THE SHIFT POINTS...ANYBODY GOT SOME ADVICE??

You can change gear ratio's only if you have changed the original ones in the rear axle.It is intended to compensate for gear swap changes to correct for the speedometer.As for shift points you can adjust a little at a time , then test drive it and see if you need to add more or less. In my opinion you would gain alot more from a tune from nelson performance.It is something that will make a huge difference in the way the truck runs.
