I have a 1990 formula 5.7 TPI sat for while stated right up ran great for about hour turned off. Now starts but idles real rough give it gas and dies also seems like when it starts to warm up it dies and will not start. Fuel pressure 40-45lbs, test intake temp sensor also block temp fine. Checked all connections and no trouble codes or check engine light faults.

You mentioned car sat for a while, but how old was the fuel. If crap gas in the tank, you'd probably start fine on the fresher stuff captured in the fuel lines and keep running on tank crap in a warm engine. Try starting a cold engine on stale fuel and it's a ruff deal. Plus the plugs will foul out real quick, making things even worse. Went through this on my brothers 89' 5.0 TPI Camaro over the holidays. Got it started a few times, but ran rough and died. Changed out all the fuel for fresh premium and then the spark plugs. These were fouled something terrible, especially considering the car has only 6K oringinal miles on it. With the help of starting fluid, we got it running again. A little rough at first, but great when the fresh fuel got through. We didn't even use the freshly re-done 19lb injector set, I got him. They're still in the box, if interested.
