Turbo Buicks: As Justin mentioned, we are covering the 2009 GS Nats again this year and we currently have a bolt-on Grand National tech article series (starting August '09).

Turbo Ecotec: Check out the August and September issues.

Impala SS: We finally have one in-house that's painfully stock and we are dying to get our greasy hands on it, so stay tuned.

Hey guys the new issue sounds great, I read the July 2009 issue in about two days so I can't wait to get the new one. I really like the fact that your featuring a car that runs on E85 in the new issue, I'm not very familiar with the fuel but I know it has a very high octane level. I would love to see some tech articles on how to run E85 in a TPI, LT1, or LS motor. Keep up the great work!

Rest assured we have both some Impala SS tech and a few stunning truck features on the horizon.

I canceled my subscription years ago because you guys always have articles about LS f-bodies and turbo Buicks. Seems like your editors don't care about any other GM platforms. I would like to see some 3rd gen F-body (or a G-body) build up with an ls3 swap. There are tons of 3rd gens, C4's and G-bodies with these LSX swaps out there and I think you guys are doing us an injustice not having an article or god forbid a project car with one of these swaps. I also think you guys ignore the w-bodies there are tons of these out there (for cheap)and can be built up to be real quick. I own a GTP and a GXP Grand Prix and these cars a underrated for their performance, value and how easy they are to be built up. I would also like to see some CTS-V artiles....such a how to get rid or the dreaded wheel hop (I also own an 2004 CTS-V).

A swapper's guide would be welcomed. The how-to's for the popular engines; deactivating VATS, which engines require what fuel pressure, changing wire harnesses, making exhaust hookups, selecting motor mounts, where to mount turbos !

I HAVE A 1994 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS SUPREME CONVERTIBLE WITH THE 3.4 LITER ENGINE. VERY NICE LOOKING AND NOT TO BAD OF AN ENGINE FOR IT'S TIME. IT HAS OVER 200 HP AND  A VERY LOW COMPRESSION RATIO OF I THINK IS 9.1 WHICH SHOULD DO GOOD WITH A TURBO SYSTEM OR SUPER CHARGER. THIS ENGINE COMES IN A LOT OF CARS I THINK LIKE THE MONTY CARLO SS AND GRAND PRIX, AND I THINK I SAW ANOTHER READER WITH A CHEVY IMPALA THAT I THINK HAS A 3.4 LITER WHICH SHOULD BE SAME ENGINE. WITH DOHC AND THIS POWER SOMEONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO A LOT OF MODES WITH IT AND GET LOTS OF POWER. WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE TO FIND PERFORMANCE PARTS FOR IT. WITH SO MANY NUMBERS I CAN'T EVEN FIND PROGRAMERS OR AIR INTAKES FOR IT.PLEASE HAVE MORE ABOUT THIS ENGINE.THANKS...

I'd say its partly because those 3.4x motors were junk from the get-go

I think that the way the magazine seems to be going now is perfect.  For a while it was all LSX stuff and nothing else.  I love the LSx stuff being the mainstay of the magazine, but some variety was needed.  There has been a nice mix of LT1 and Grand National articles, a few SUV/truck articles, some Ecotech stuff.  Even some third gen builds have made it in, which is awesome!  I know it's gotta tough to find nice feature quality third gens, as they are few and far between, but it looks like you guys have really been puuting forth the effort.

I would love to see a from scratch type project third gen build, much like project TPI Magnum back in the day.  It wouldn't even matter which way you went with the build (all motor/stoker, nitrous, supercharged, or turbo), just start with a decent stocker, do the usual bolt-ons with dyno and track tests an then go nuts.

Great job with the mag guys, keep it up!

Keep the suggestions coming, we are listening!

Scott and I have a couple of NICE third-gen cars coming up, along with another truck feature. What else would everyone like to see?

I definitely liked the article with the turbo Cobalt SS.  I'd like to see what can be done to take it beyond just a tune and if they can be made to put the power down.  I see alot making great power, but they all seem to spin their way into the 14's.

It seems as though the Pontiac G8 has quite a following, what about a DOD delete cam swap and tune or maybe a sts turbo

Don't hear much on STS's. Is that a huge community Evil35th?
