Need help on 3.8L buick bottom end

Ok i got an 87 olds cutlass with a 3.8 in it. i just got done putting new bearings in the bottom end along with an oil pump, screen and tube. I'm ready to start it but i know i got to break it in first. What do i do to break it in before i drive it?
