left out in the rain

I have a 95 caprice that was running fine before being left out in the rain uncovered for 2 weeks by a body shop after my accident. I have replaced all electrical parts, distrb, coil, plugs, wires, etc., still nothing. Also getting good fuel pressure. I was told anti theft system may not be reading chip on key. Can anyone axplain?

What is your Caprice doing at this point? Does it turn over but won't start?
If it's a passkey problem you should see a blinking security light on the dash with the ignition on.
Don't forget to check the signal from the crank sensor.
