I have a code on a 04 trailblazer with a 5.3l and it reads po141 bank1 sensor 2 heater malfunction..Is bank1 on the drivers side and the second sensor from the front of the motor?

Bank 1 is the drivers side, sensor 2 is the rear (post cat) sensor, so yes, you got it right!
