ls9 conversion

newbie here hello to all. I am about to undergo a conversion of a ZO6 LS7 into a LS9 crate motor. Question: Can I still use all of the ZO6 LS7 harness and engine management system? I understand some things will be a little different but I'm mainly concerned with the management of the engine. Will the LS7 ECM control the LS9 with a tune and a flash? any help is appreciated.

Hey ZR1Camaro2011,
I have never seen this swap completed but I *assume* that the LS7 VCM will work. As far as it knows, you are just "adding a supercharger" to your LS7. You might want to check with the guys over at HP Tuner (www.hptuners.com) and see if I am missing anything, before you start on the project.
