Hello GMHTP Team,

1.  Great magazine.  I look forward to this magazine showing up in the mail more than any other and typically read it cover to cover within a day or two.  I love the tech, DIY on the cheap, dyno/track comparisons, etc.

2.  The subject that has prompted me to take time writing:  I was very disappointed that your "event coverage" didn't include at least a small pic and caption for each of the index winners within the true street category.  In the past, you did.
-This hits home for me, because it took some effort to convince my dad to race his stock 2010 6.2 Sierra.  He did race, won the 15 index and had a blast.  The truck hit the speed limiter before the trap and limited him almost perfectly to a 15.  Yes, I know its a stock truck and not likey to wow any readers.  But isn't the whole point of the index to give everyone a chance to play the game and have fun.  Why would you not want to highlight that?

3.  LS1 is my primary interest and you cover that very well.  However, I also enjoy a little GM EFI diversity.  i.e. the occassional 4 and 6 bangers, Ol'faithful Northstar (poor thing never got aftermarket love), diesel, etc..

Thank you for your time

Eric,

Thank you for your complements and time. I'm sorry that we could only manage just a few pictures and captions on the Index class, hopefully we can improve upon that next year. Unfortunately there are only so many pages in the magazine, and the new Real Street class definitely cut into the available space. I think you will find that 12 pages of event coverage is far more than you will see in any other magazine, that is not to say that perhaps some of those pages could be better spent. As I said, we will do our best to improve next year.

Thanks again,

Scott
