OK I have an LS1 automatic, LS6 intake, 85mm TB, 60lb Injectors, P1SC intercooled, and 255lph fuel pump. This is my first ProCharger and it started and ran strong after I figured out the injector trim. When I gave it some throttle it wanted to die unless I went slowly. My AFX was reading about 12.5 and I wasn’t seeing any boost. My vortech Maxflow Mondo Bypass Valves stays open at idle and closed when I pull the vacuum line off, but will not shut without pulling the vacuum line. My questions are, dose the bypass valve need to be at a certain throttle to shut? Could it be a bad spring in the bypass valve? I have the vacuum hooked in the front of the LS6 intake just after the TB. I am also not seeing any boost. Even after I pull the vacuum line. Any idea where I went wrong?

Here is a little update. By Pass Valves work on vacuum. Vacuum holds the valve open for your pressure to escape so as not to keep pushing boots to your engine. There is a spring inside the BPV that allows it to shut when vacuum is not present. So when you achieve Wide Open Throttle your vacuum is not present closing the valve pushing boots. As soon as you ease off WOT your vacuum come back strong and opens the valve. My Issue was I was not achieving WOT to have the BPV shut. I hope if you are having the same issue this will help.
Suggested trouble shooting. 1: Insure adjustment screw is set correctly. (Read Manuel) 2: unplug the vacuum line (valve should shut) 3: check for leaks (on steps 1 and 2)
What helped me. Vacuum gauge to read when valve shuts off.
PS I am also looking into trying to hook into the fuel vapor return on off valve and try to program with HP Tuners.

Doubleome,
I am a little confused here but hopefully we can figure this out.
First of all, are you venting the bypass valve to the atmosphere or are you returning it into the charge piping?
Do you still have a MAF on this setup or are you running in Speed Density?
