03 silverado maf

i got an 03 silverado 5.3L with a maf code. ive tried cleaning the sensor and reseting and code returns. i was gana go ahead and just swap in a new sensor my self, but im not sure if it also needs to be calibrated with a gm scan tool. does anyone know?

Just get an OEM one or another from napa, plug it and go.

Yeah they relearn stradegy as you drive you'll be just fine.
